Custom orders require a 50% advance payment to begin production. This deposit is non-refundable once the production process starts. The remaining 50% is due before your piece is dispatched. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, Stripe, PayPal, Zelle and bank transfer.
Yes. All Kujá pieces are crafted by master artisans using premium fabrics (pure silk, organza, georgette, Banarasi) and traditional hand-embroidery techniques. We inspect every piece before dispatch. If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect (broken seams, missing embroidery, fabric damage), contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it. Normal wear and tear, colour variations due to natural fabrics, or fit issues are not covered.
Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and India through reputed couriers only. Custom orders take 6–8 weeks to craft (bridal: 8–12 weeks). After dispatch, shipments to the USA take 7–10 business days via reputed couriers. Studio Selection pre-made pieces are dispatched within 7 business days of payment. All shipments are fully tracked.
