After honing her understanding of textiles at Arvind Mills across Ahmedabad and Bangalore, she began her own design journey in 2008 — working from home, dressing women for their most cherished occasions, building a reputation entirely through the quality of her work and the trust of her clients. In 2017, that reputation earned her a studio of her own — Label Ekta Patel — where every garment is still personally overseen by the designer herself, from the first conversation to the final stitch. Today, Ekta dresses women across the world — the United States, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Dubai, and beyond — offering personal consultations over call, custom designs crafted in Ahmedabad, and finished garments shipped directly to your door.
