Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via reputed couriers. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your garment dispatches.

Shipping Timelines:

Custom orders: 6–8 weeks to craft (bridal pieces: 8–12 weeks), then 7–10 business days to arrive in the USA.

Studio Selection are pre-made pieces: Dispatched within 7 business days of payment, then 10–12 business days to arrive.

Shipping time may vary depending on location. We strive to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

Shipping in India:

Our delivery timeline is 2 to 4 Weeks (15 to 30 working days)
Shipping charge in India FREE on orders above Rs. 5000

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We use reputed couriers and shipping partners for reliability.

Delivery Address:

Make sure your address is correct at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they leave India. If the courier can't deliver, they'll contact you. The cost of re-delivery is your responsibility.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Most international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning the product prices displayed do not include import duties or taxes. Any customs charges must be paid by the customer.
